Snatching
Rani Rai lodged a complaint that two unidentified scooter borne miscreants snatched her purse containing one mobile phone, gold earring and cash Rs 10,000 at Bivar Road, and fled away.

Stolen
Ngamlamlin Rynjah lodged a complaint that on the intervening night of August 21 & 22, unknown miscreants stole UPS batteries valued around Rs 16,000 from ATM Kiosk at Wahheh Mawpat.
Olin Kharsyiemiong lodged a complaint that on August 14 between 1.30 pm and 2 pm, miscreants broke into his residence at Rangmaw village, South West Khasi Hills and stole Rs. 7 lakh.
Dr. Mitul M Sangma lodged a complaint that miscreants broke into his quarter at Laitumkhrah Health Complex, Shillong and stole laptop, clothes and cash Rs 4,000.
On August 19, the police received information that miscreants stole one scooter (ML-05Y-1727) from Laitumkhrah Police Point, Shillong.

 

Theft
Ashok Kumar Das lodged a complaint that on August 21 between 4.30 am & 5.30 am, a miscreant broke into his stationary mahindra bolero (ML-05-6820) at Congress Bhavan, Thana Road, and took away the music system.
Gostar Jyrwa lodged a complaint that miscreants stole one motorcycle (ML-04-3595) from Mawiong MeCOFED, Nongneng-A.
Shanborlang Laloo, Principal Engineer M/s Rishan Rapsang lodged a complaint that on August 9 night, miscreants broke into the under-construction commercial complex at MG Road, Shillong and stole Jio Fiber Router, etc.
