Jowai, Sep 2: Phases, a book authored by Rupda RY Lato was released by Superintendent Engineer (PHE) Rural Circle Shillong, Chibor Najiar accompanied by Riquona Laloo who is the father of the author in Panaliar (Yungwalieh), Jowai, on Saturday.
It may be mentioned that 22-year-old Rupda RY Lato from Panaliar village in West Jaintia Hills will be representing India at the reputable Miss Aura International Beauty Pageant to be held in Antalya, Turkey from September 17 to October 1 this year.
