Here’s a list of six titles on various OTT platforms that have caught the attention of IANS this week.
Gadar 2: Gadar 2 is directed and produced by Anil Sharma, and written by Shaktimaan Talwar. It is a sequel to the 2001 film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. The film stars Sunny Deol as Tara Singh, Ameesha Patel as Sakeena, and Utkarsh Sharma as Charanjeet, reprising their roles from the first film.
OMG 2: Actors Akshay Kumar and Pankaj Tripathi starrer comedy drama OMG 2 is written and directed by Amit Rai. The movie talks about sex education in India. It also stars Yami Gautam, Pavan Malhotra, Govind Namdev, Arun Govil, and Brijendra Kala among others.
Mumbai Diaries season 2: Directed by Nikhil Advani and produced by Monisha Advani and Madhu Bhojwani under the production of Emmay Entertainment, Mumbai Diaries 2 is a medical drama which is about staff of the Bombay General Hospital dealing with the floods affecting the city and its people.
Khufiya: Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, Khufiya stars Tabu, Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi, Ashish Vidyarthi and Azmeri Haque Badhon.
It is based on true events and is based on a book Escape to Nowhere, written by the former Chief of the Counter Espionage Unit of R&AW, Amar Bhushan.
Loki season 2: The second season of the American series is based on Marvel Comics featuring the character of the same name, sees Loki working with Mobius M Mobius, Hunter B-15, and other members of the Time Variance Authority (TVA) to navigate the multiverse in order to find Sylvie, Ravonna Renslayer, and Miss Minutes. It is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Mistress: It’s a Korean drama, that follows the lives of four women in their 30s as they navigate complex relationships and embark on journeys of self-discovery together. Psychologist Kim Eun Soo confronts her own dark secrets when her ex-boyfriend’s son becomes her patient. (IANS)
