Kangana Ranaut meets NSA Ajit Doval, expresses delight

Shillong, October 24: Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut had the opportunity to meet with National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval during a flight, and she shared her excitement about the encounter.

As per IANS, this meeting comes just ahead of the release of her upcoming film ‘Tejas,’ where Kangana portrays the character of Tejas Gill, an Indian Air Force officer, in an action-packed drama.

In an Instagram Stories post, the ‘Manikarnika’ actress expressed her delight, writing, “What a generous stroke of luck, guess who was seated next to me on the flight this morning? None other than the greatest of all time, @iam_ajitdoval.”

Referring to the release of ‘Tejas,’ Kangana added, “In this week of #tejas release, I got to meet the inspiration for all soldiers, our national security chief Ajit Doval ji. I consider this a good omen, Jai Hind.”

Kangana shared a joyful picture with Doval, showing her wearing a pastel pink saree and a pearl necklace. She had her hair in a bun and chose a no-makeup look with a bindi on her forehead. Doval also smiled for the selfie alongside Kangana.

The exact location of their meeting during the journey was not disclosed.

Before this meeting, a special screening of ‘Tejas’ was held for Defence Minister Rajnath Singh at the Indian Air Force Auditorium in New Delhi. Following the screening, General Anil Chauhan, Chief of Defence Staff of the Indian Armed Forces, unhooked a fighter plane-shaped brooch he was wearing and presented it to Sarvesh Mewara, the film’s director.
