Nongpoh, Oct 27: The foundation stone for the construction of the Block Integrated Development Complex (Assam Type) was laid by Jirang MLA Sosthenes Sohtun at Jirang C&RD Block, Patharkhmah under Group IX (Nine) at a sanctioned amount of Rs 2.77 crores.
Expressing optimism that the project would substantially benefit the constituents, the legislator urged both officials and residents to collaborate closely to ensure the project’s success.
Furthermore, he lamented recent disruptions reported by the project’s contractor and implored village leaders, elders, and all constituents to extend their unwavering support to expedite the project’s timely completion.
Sohtun expressed his sincere appreciation for the unwavering support and dedication of the MDA government for the people of Jirang constituency.
