SHILLONG, Nov 16: Newly appointed State BJP president Rikman Momin is yet to constitute his team even thought it has been one and a half month has gone by since he took charge as the party chief. Momin was appointed as the State BJP chief on October 3, succeeding Ernest Mawrie.
Reportedly, neither the new officer-bearers nor the new executive committee of the party has been formed.
Some BJP leaders feel that with Lok Sabha elections nearing, the party chief must not delay this process and set the ball rolling for the party to start working for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.
