Participants during a ‘Dak Community Development Programme Mela’ ,
which was organised at Umiam Sub Post Office premises, on Saturday. The
mela, designed to disseminate awareness about various postal products and
schemes offered by the Department of Posts to the local public, was
attended by village chiefs of seven surrounding villages.
