SHILLONG, Jan 25: Noted Khasi folk musician Silbi Passah has been awarded Padma Shri. The names of the Padma awardees were announced on the eve of Republic Day, on Thursday.
Last year, Passah had received the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award from the President Droupadi Murmu.
