Youth on all-India bicycle ride interacts with MSPCB officials

SHILLONG, Feb 5: Officials of Meghalaya State Pollution Control Board (MSPCB) interacted and encouraged, Vanlallawmzuala Varte, who visited the MSPCB office premises on his bicycle, on Monday.
Varte, hailing from Mizoram is en route his ‘Mission LiFE’, an all-India ride, a solo campaign with the objective of encouraging his fellow Indians to use bicycle, for short distances, and also to encourage the use of electric vehicles to reduce air and noise pollution.
The officials of MSPCB, Shillong paid gratitude to Varte for his initiative, and the need to protect and preserve the environment, and adopt a ‘Clean and Green Sustainable Lifestyle’ in collaboration with the Mizoram State Pollution Control Board.
