Dry day
The East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner (Excise) has declared March 29 as a dry day on account of Good Friday. In this regard, all bonded warehouses, IMFL ‘OFF’ and ‘ON’ shops, home-made wine license premises, wine and beer bars, home deliveries, canteens and outstills have been directed to remain closed.
