Outreach prog sensitises youth on electoral process

SHILLONG, March 27: The Office of Central Bureau of Communication, Field Office, Nongstoin, organised an outreach programme on ‘Systematic Voter’s Education & Electoral Participations (SVEEP)’ at Nongstoin College, in collaboration with the Election department, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, West Khasi Hills, on Tuesday.
Additional DC, H Kerwood Thabah was the chief guest of the occasion, while resource person was PT Blah, Deputy Labour Commissioner, who demonstrated the set of EVM and VVPAT equipment. Various competitions were also held on the day.
