Cyclonic storm hit some GH dists badly: Bernard

SHILLONG, March 31: BJP vice president and Tura MDC, Bernard N Marak on Sunday said that some districts of Garo Hills have been severely hit by the cyclonic storm.
Raising concern and cautioning the public about the cyclonic storm in Garo Hills, he said, “Those who have been affected by the cyclonic storm should approach the blocks in the rural areas and the municipality in the urban areas for assistance and support”.
“The victims of the storm can also approach the Disaster Management office in the Deputy Commissioner’s office to register the damage and loss they had incurred because of the storm,” he added.
