SHILLONG, June 14: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong on Friday organised the ‘School Connect: Leadership Excellence Program for School Principals’, with an aim to foster collaboration and advance educational leadership in the region.
Spearheaded by the Centre for Community Impact and Engagement for North-East (NE-CCIE), the programme was attended by over 30 principals and senior teachers from various schools in Shillong
According to a statement here, the programme offered a platform to exchange insights and strategies so as to enhance the education system.
During the programme, participants engaged in discussions on transformational leadership, holistic educational experiences and the current challenges in the education sector.
During the programme, the participants were also given a tour of IIM campus and the facilities there.
