SHILLONG, June 17: The Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF), East Khasi Hills, has arrested two persons and recovered from their possession heroin weighing 454.32 grams.
According to a statement here, the seizure was made near Madanriting Police Station during a naka check in the early hours of Monday.
The duo, both hailing from Manipur, has been identified as Tinkhonei Haokip (37) and Mongkim Haokip (53).
