20 karatekas to represent M’laya at int’l championship

Shillong, July 24: Twenty karatekas from the Association, led by Ester Mary Lyngdoh and Pynhunlang Kharbuli, are set to compete in the 8th International Karate Championship – Indian Challenger Cup.
The event will take place at Netaji Indoor Stadium, Kolkata, from July 26- 28, 2024. The participation of these 20 karatekas in the 8th International Karate Championship is a testament to their dedication and hard work, as well as the support of their coaches and the Association. As they prepare to compete against top talent from around the world, they carry the hopes and pride of Meghalaya with them.
