Motocross championship concludes in Ampati

Ampati, Aug 10: The inaugural South Western Motocross Championship 2024, a high-octane three-day event, concluded successfully on Saturday. Organized by the Rangira Motors Adventure Club (RMAC), the championship witnessed fierce competition among 64 riders across various categories.
Kanam G Sangma, Dechangra D Sangma, and Rikman Ch Marak clinching the top three positions in the Local Class Final category. Other winners included Bregie Riprang R Marak in the Scooty Class, Rakkim Ch. Marak in the Beginner category, Chengseng Ch. Marak in the Novice category, Patsha Kharkongor in the 2 Stroke category, Banteilang Jyrwa in both the Expert and Open categories, and Evander M Sangma as the second-place finisher in the Expert category. The event was graced by the presence of Sanjay Sangma, MLA of Mahendraganj, as the Chief Guest, and Linda Marak, Nokma of Kalaichar, as the Guest of Honour.
