Shillong, August 13: Meghalaya Governor CH Vijayshankar released a book on freedom fighters of the Hills and handed over the tricolor to NCC cadets and others during the state-level launching of “Har Ghar Tiranga” at Shillong Raj Bhawan here on Tuesday.
