Participants attend a mental well-being talk organised Inner Wheel Club of Pine City Shillong and conducted by Jaya Kalra for NSS volunteers of St. Edmund’s
College. ⁠The talk included topics such as reasons to feel dejected in life, how to
overcome disappointments, how to deal with frustrations and practices to be followed to lead a focused life. A total of 55 participants benefited from the programme.
