Bengaluru, Oct 18: The Former cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar has issued a stark warning to New Zealand, suggesting the team should be wary of India’s resilient fightback during the ongoing Bengaluru Test. However, by the end of the day, India showed signs of recovery, closing at 231 for 3, still trailing by 125 runs. The partnership between captain Virat Kohli and Sarfaraz Khan has given Indian fans hope of an unlikely comeback.Taking to social media platform X, Manjrekar shared his thoughts, emphasizing that New Zealand should be cautious given India’s history of turning games around. He cited a recent example from the T20 World Cup final, where India, led by Rohit Sharma, snatched victory from South Africa in dramatic fashion. (Agencies)
