Break-in
Ajit Kumar Singh lodged a complaint that on October 9 morning, unknown miscreant(s) broke into his residence at Lumshatsngi, Shillong, and stole one laptop and Rs. 1 lakh in cash.
Subrata Kumar Das lodged a complaint that on October 23 morning, unknown miscreant(s) broke into his residence at Ekayan, Harishabha, Laban, Shillong and stole two mobile phones and Rs. 20,000 in cash.

Theft
P Marbañiang lodged a complaint that on the intervening night of October 21 and 22, unknown miscreant(s) stole her motorcycle (ML-05W-9870) from her residential compound at Pynthorbah Block-I, Shillong.
Mebanmaramot Matong lodged a complaint that on October 23, unknown miscreant(s) stole his motorcycle (ML-05AA-5749) from Laitumkhrah, Shillong.
Bion Tengring D Sangma lodged a complaint that on October 22 morning, he found that unknown miscreant(s) stole his scooter (ML-08J-8592) from Denggagre, Williamnagar, East Garo Hills.

Contraband seized
On October 22 around 10 am, police conducted checking at Tikrikilla, West Garo Hills, and recovered 81.08 grams of suspected heroin from the possession of three persons, viz. Khuka Miah (19), Ashanur Islam (19) and Shahinur Islam (36), all residents of Assam.

Missing
Pangsang P Sangma lodged a complaint that on October 23 morning, his motorcycle (ML-08J-7872) was missing from A’konggre, Tura, West Garo Hills.

Undelivered products
Two residents of Reserve Gittim, Tura, West Garo Hills, jointly lodged a complaint that eight months ago, they made a total advance payment of Rs. 5,15,554 to one Akhil Roy, proprietor of Design Sense, Beltola, Guwahati, for supply of UPVC windows. However, till date, Roy failed to deliver the products.
