Achievement

Jacob Leslie Shylla has been awarded PhD by the Department of English Language Education of The English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) for his thesis titled ‘Continuing Professional Development: Developing Ways to Empower College Teachers of English in Shillong, Meghalaya’, which he completed under the supervision of Martin Luther Christian University, Shillong, Vice Chancellor, Prof. TK Kharbamon. He is the son of (L) JL Paite Kynjing and DA Shylla.
