Two nabbed for burglary in city

SHILLONG, Feb 24: Police on Monday apprehended two persons for burglary in the city on Monday.
According to the police, the accused have been identified as Navin Sunar (42) of Laban and Sanju Sunar (38) of Barapathar (Mawbah).
The duo was apprehended by Pasteur Beat House special party in Polo area, and from their possession suspected stolen laptops were recovered.
They admitted to breaking into a house near BK Bajoria School, from which they stole two laptops along with other items.
Police also recovered a Kingdom of Bhutan passport belonging to one Jigyel Gyeltshen.
A case has been registered at Laitumkhrah Police Station.
