Shillong Press Club clinched the North East Media Cricket Tournament title, defeating Media XI Guwahati by 9 runs in a thrilling final at NEHU Stadium, Guwahati. Opting to bat first, Shillong Press Club posted 148 runs in 19.5 overs, before their disciplined bowling attack and agile fielding restricted the hosts to 139/9 in 20 overs.The tournament was organised by Dispur Press Club.
