Birth anniv
The Shillong Assamese Ladies Welfare Club will celebrate the centenary birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika at 4 pm on Sunday at Assam Club, Laban. The programme will be attended by Editor-in-Chief of Prag News, Prasanta Rajguru, as the chief guest.
Memorial service
The Annual General Memorial Service of the Unitarian Church, Madan Laban, Shillong, will be held on Sunday from 1:30 pm onwards.
