Dry day
The Ri Bhoi Deputy Commissioner (Ex) has declared a dry day in the entire district on October 2 on account of Gandhi Jayanti and Dussehra. All IMFL retail shops, bars in hotels, bonded warehouses, bottling units, country-made spirit shops, outstills, breweries, canteens, etc. within Ri-Bhoi district shall remain closed on this day.
