M’laya ESIC branch offices disburse Rs 3.91 lakh to 40 beneficiaries in Nov

SHILLONG, Dec 31: The branch offices of Meghalaya under Regional Office Guwahati have successfully disbursed cash benefits amounting to Rs 3.91 lakh to 40 beneficiaries during November 2025 in a bid to providing financial support to insured persons and their families during times of need.
“The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), under Ministry of Labour and Employment provides an array of cash benefits in times of exigencies and medical benefits to Insured Persons (IPs) and their family members,” a statement here said.
“Under Regional Office Guwahati, the Branch Offices of Meghalaya has successfully disbursed cash amount Rs.3,91,359 to 40 beneficiaries during November 2025. The amount was released towards Sickness Benefit (SB), Temporary Disablement Benefit (TDB), Permanent Disablement Benefit (PDB), Dependants’ Benefit (DB), and Maternity Benefit and other benefits,” it added.
