SHILLONG, Jan 2: A pipping ceremony of newly promoted police officers was held today at the Conference Hall of the Police Headquarters, Shillong, in a dignified and formal atmosphere.
The ceremony was graced by Director General of Police Idashisha Nongrang, who personally pinned the new epaulettes on the promoted officers, marking an important milestone in their professional careers.
Congratulating the officers on their well-deserved promotions, the Director General of Police lauded their dedication, hard work and commitment to duty.
