SHILLONG: Police have arrested one person in connection with the recent looting of an SBI ATM Kiosk at Madanrting.
Police informed that one Nurul Islam (40) was arrested from Dharapur, Guwahati on Friday.
It was on February 10 that the ATM Kiosk at Madanrting Bazar containing Rs.14,96,000 was looted.
Earlier, Police had arrested one more person in connection with the case.
However, the stolen money has not been traced yet with police saying that they will have to follow up on the arrested persons for taking the case to its logical conclusion.
