Teen ultra flees for life to police

TURA: A sixteen-year-old militant fled from his outfit and turned himself in after his commander tried to kill him.
The young ultra Vivekchar Sangma hailing from Hahim Ranighat village of Assam bordering Garo Hills was a cadre of the AMEF outfit led by former GNLA leader Jack Marak.
He was operating in North Garo Hills under the command of Niksrang alias Stap who reportedly used to physically assault him on many occasions.
When the commander tried to kill him the teenage ultra fled the camp and surrendered to police with a 9 mm pistol and 19 live rounds.
