Entry in Kalaichar border haat restricted

AMPATI: The Deputy Commissioner, South West Garo Hills, has informed that in order to streamline the mode of operation and functioning of the Kalaichar border haat, no unauthorized entry into the haat premises will be permitted except for licensed vendors, vendees, officers of the district administration and members of the haat.
Illegal entry into the border haat will be viewed as violation of the provisions of the CrPC and would be required to be addressed by security agencies, the deputy commissioner said in a communiqué.
