KV students excel in CBSE exams

SHILLONG: The students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, EAC, Upper Shillong excelled in the board examinations of both class X and class XII conducted by the CBSE this year.
A total of 77 students appeared in Class XII examination from the three streams of Science, Arts and Commerce respectively and registered 100 per cent pass percentage.
Ananya Laha was the topper in Science stream with 92.6% marks while Monalisa Joshi secured 92.6% marks and topped the Arts stream. Jugnu Sirohi was the Commerce topper with 92.4% marks.  In class X board examination, all 94 students who appeared emerged successful.  17 students secured 10 CGPA-one of the highest among all CBSE affiliated schools of Shillong.
