Art competition
Zenith Jubelieth Club will hold the art competition at Laban Bengalee Boys’ Higher Secondary School, Laban on September 11 at 10 am.
Eid-Ul-Azha
The Eid-Ul-Azha congregational prayer will be held on September 13 at 8 am on the Mohammadia Al-Hussainee Masjid premises and Eid Gah field, Laban at 9 am the same day.
Celebration
The Khasi Authors’ Society will celebrate 175 years of Khasi Literature at Don Bosco Youth Centre, Laitumkhrah at 11 am on September 10. Deputy Chief Minister RC Laloo will be the Chief Guest on the occasion.
