Arms suppliers held

RESUBELPARA: In a joint operation by North Garo Hills police and army personnel, two alleged arms suppliers were arrested and illegal weapons seized after a house was raided at Rompara Rabha village on Sunday.
The apprehended  persons have been identified as  Janu M Sangma ( 29) of Dagal Natong Village and  Marsong Marak (18)  of New Puthimari village.
One country made gun (look alike of SLR Rifle), camouflage clothes, mobiles, and SIM cards, were recovered from their
possession.
“We are on the job to arrest others who are engaged in arms smuggling”, SP of  North Garo Hills District MGR Kumar said.
