Shillong: E-Governance in the State was bestowed with another feather in its cap when D. P. Wahlang IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Information Technology & Communi-cations Department was awarded the SKOCH-NeGD Digital India “Leadership Award” 2016.
The award is in recognition of his outstanding contributions to e-Governance initiatives including Digital Infrastructure, Digital Class Rooms, Digital Campaign, Digital Literacy & Cyber Security Awareness amongst citizens.
