Shillong: An unidentified person ended his life by jumping into a fish pond at the Fishery Farm near St Edmund’s College in Risa Colony at around 3.30 pm here on Saturday. Witnesses who saw him jump into the pond immediately informed the police who later retrieved the body. Police is yet to establish the identity of the deceased.
