SHILLONG: An elderly person and three others involved in a gang rape case in East Khasi Hills were arrested by the police. The incident took place in the outskirts of Smit.
SP Davis Marak said on Monday that on October 15, the 15-year-old victim was gang raped by four persons, who are known to her. “After investigation, we have arrested all the accused”, the SP said. Police said that one of the accused is around 55 years old.
