SHILLONG: Amid the reports regarding the proposed ban on the Garo Hills-based militant group, GNLA, a Union Home Ministry official on Monday said that he was yet to sign official papers related to the proposed ban.

“I have not yet signed anything in this regard and I am out of Delhi,” Shambu Singh, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs in charge Northeast, said over phone on Monday.
