EKH DC urged to check volatile comments

SHILLONG: The umbrella body of six localities, Mawkhar, Umsohsun, Wahthapbru, Mission Compound, Riatsamthiah and Wahingdoh in a recent meeting passed a resolution and urged East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner P.S Dkhar to take necessary steps to contain individuals, or groups from commenting or issuing statements that could provoke the volatile issue which the state government is undertaking to solve especially concerning the Sweepers’ Lane.
