Assembly notifies vacancy in Ranikor

SHILLONG: The Assembly has officially notified the vacant Ranikor seat with effect from June 21 following the resignation of M.M Danggo.
An official source said on Monday that the notification was also sent to the Election Commission (EC).
The EC will examine the date for holding the by-poll within six months.
