SHILLONG: One elderly woman (55-60) was found loitering around at Mawryngkneng area on July 4 around 11 pm.
The woman was also found to be dumb and could not disclose her name.
Accordingly, she was sent for medical examination and was taken to Ferando Shelter Home. She was later taken to MIMHANS and is currently undergoing medical treatment.
The woman is non-tribal and is 4 feet 6 inches tall. She was found wearing a green saree, white blouse and grey shawl.
