Speed up Sweepers’ Lane relocation: HPF to govt

SHILLONG: The Hynniewtrep People’s Federation (HPF) on the occasion of the 183rd death anniversary of U Tirot Sing Syiem urged the High Level Committee on the relocation of Sweeper Lane to speed up the relocation of the settlers of the Sweepers lane.
In a statement issued here, they stated that the issue of illegal settlers has been pending for a long time and demanded that something needs to be done.
