UDP Umroi members resign

SHILLONG: The non-performance of the UDP Umroi Circle towards the people of Umroi has forced ten primary members of the party besides others to resign from their respective posts.

The decision to step down as primary members of the UDP was taken after a general meeting of the Executive Committee UDP Umroi Circle recently at Bhoirymbong, Ri Bhoi where they unanimously decided to submit their resignation based on the poor performance of the party in the constituency.

The members include Arbinus Lyngdoh (Vice President), M.D. Syiem (Finance Secretary& Secretary Election Committee), T. Marbaniang (Treasurer), R.S Mawlong (Joint Secretary), Karbius Lyngdoh (Publicity Secretary), Hilar Mukhim (Executive Member), G.S Suting (Executive Member),. S.Ryngkhang (Executive Member), Remius Kharsati (Executive Member), Proi Sohtun (Treasurer barim) besides others.

The members has forwarded their resignations to President of the UDP Umroi Circle.
