General meeting
Meghalaya Veterinary Services Association will hold its 21st general body meeting at the conference hall, Directorate of AH & Veterinary, Garikhana at 10:30 am on Friday. Prestone Tynsong, Minister of AH & Veterinary will be the chief guest.
Rice released
The DC (Supply), West Jaintia Hills District, Jowai has informed that that the Antyodaya Anna Yojna, Priority House Hold and Non-NFSA quota of Rice for the month of November and December has been released and is available from all fair price shop.
Cleaning drive
The Dorbar Shnong Wahingdoh will conduct a cleaning drive from 7 am till 1 pm on Saturday. Vehicles movement will be restricted.
The Dorbar Shnong Lummawrie will conduct a cleaning drive at 8:30 am onwards on December 18. Entry of vehicles will not be allowed during the cleaning drive.
