Kharshiing not in race for LS ticket

SHILLONG: John Kharshiing has clarified that he is not in the race for for Congress ticket for the Lok Sabha election.
In a statement issued on Friday, Kharshiing said he has not filed or submitted any application for MP ticket from the Congress to MPCC as reported in some media.
