SHILLONG: MDC from Nangbah, Shemhok Garod was accused of misusing MDC schemes by an RTI activist Simon Dhar.
Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, Dhar said the MDC forged the signatures of beneficiaries who should have received CGI sheets and MDC schemes.
He also alleged that there are over 40 ghost beneficiaries while Garod signed only initials against their names.
Asked, he said, there are more than 100 beneficiaries who did not get the MDC scheme.
He along with other beneficiaries have given Garod three to four days to have a discussion with them.
