SHILLONG: Jeeban Gurung of 58 GTC, Happy Valley, lodged a complaint that on September 10, he made a payment of Rs. 1,42,000 in order to purchase a motorcycle (GJ-27AS-0100), which was put for sale by someone in OLX. Later, the complainant realised that he has been duped, as the motorcycle has not been delivered to him till date.
