The first round of Intensive Pulse Polio Immunization (IPPI), for children below 5 years of age will be conducted from January 20 – 23, in East Garo Hills. Oral polio vaccine will be administered at various polio booths, while house to house vaccination will be carried out on the second and third day respectively.
