NONGPOH, Feb 23: A ten-day course on soft skills and personality development was inaugurated on Monday. The course has been organised in association with Avenues and mobilised by Ri Bhoi College Alumni Association.

SHILLONG, Feb 23: The state government has directed all local taxi owners and drivers to collect the handbook of taxi fare in Greater Shillong from the office of the Regional Transport Authority, Shillong, for display inside the taxi, within 7 days during office hours.
