Loverwell Tham, son of (L) Kwilington Ksanlah and (L) Herida Tham of Lumdiengmet, Umpling received the degree of doctorate of Philosophy from NEHU for his thesis ‘A study of mathematics, teaching for primary school students in East Khasi Hills District of Meghalaya’ under the supervision of Prof SM Sungoh.
