SHILLONG: Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma is yet to respond to the UDP’s letter in which the party had demanded removal of Urban Affairs Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh, who has been virtually indicted by CBI for her role in irregularities in appointment of assistant teachers in the government-run lower primary schools.

Informing this here on Monday, the UDP working president Paul Lyngdoh said “The party still sticks to its demand for removal of the former Education Minister”.

Earlier, the Chief Minister had told newsmen that he was going to dispatch a letter to the UDP in response to its demand for removal of Ampareen.
